Apartment and Condominium Rules

Self-check-in via Lock Box. We will do our best to be present at check-in to show you the apartment and answer questions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (only allowed on the balcony).
It is not allowed to organize and host parties inside the apartment.
Respect the Law of Silence. Avoid making noise between 22:00 and 7:00.
Common areas of the building: can only be used by the guests of the reservation
Did you break or lose something during your stay? Don't worry, accidents happen! We will certainly be able to resolve this incident, we only ask you to contact us in these cases. We will then be able to inform you about specific fees and procedures.
The guest is solely responsible for personal effects and valuables during their stay. Therefore, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal items inside the apartment and the building.
Attention: it is forbidden to change the alarm system or smoke detectors. We do not allow entry into the building with weapons of any kind. Failure to comply with these rules is subject to penalties. Remember that failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or even the cancellation of your reservation. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Weekly Cleaning Service

Cleaning will be done from Monday to Friday, during business hours. We will schedule the day and time of cleaning on the day of check in.
We will pass the data of the cleaning lady in advance
The guest is responsible for opening the door for the cleaning lady or leaving the key in the Lockbox
The change of linen is included in the service (sheet, pillowcase and all towels)
Cleaning includes:

– Sweep and clean the floor (bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living room, balcony).

– Cleaning of glass, furniture and contact surfaces.
– Bathroom cleaning and toilet paper replacement.
– Collect garbage from all bins and put in new garbage bags.
– Trousseau change (sheet, pillowcase and all towels). We kindly ask which beds and towels were used.

– Wash bedding and towels and hang them on the clothesline

– Wash the dishes of the day

– This service does not include clothing or organizing personal items/clothing.

Amenity replacement is not included in this service.
The guest is solely responsible for keeping their valuables in a safe place during cleaning.
